How do I use Oxters?

Wet product and armpits, Apply 5-10 swipes per side, Let sit for 30 seconds, Rinse away. Be sure to rinse and recap Oxters stick after each use. Use daily.

What is the best time to use Oxters?

For optimal results, we recommend a morning shower. This gives your underarms a fresh start to the day and takes care of all the things that happen from the night before.

Does Oxters replace deodorant?

For some people, the answer is yes. For others, it becomes your deodorants partner in crime. Either way, whether you deo or don’t - always Oxters.

How do I know which Oxters is the one for me?

This will ultimately come down to personal preference. We use clean and natural ingredients in all our products.

Do you have different exfoliant levels?

We have one grit level in our grit variations. We also offer a smooth (no exfoliants) offering.

My Oxters is stuck, what do I do?

Occasionally, during production and shipping, the product might form a tight seal to the packaging. With the cap off squeeze the side of the Oxters packaging or simply hold your Oxters under warm water for 15-20 seconds and then twist the bottom turn dial to advance the product.

Where does Oxters Ship?

We ship to all 50 states. For shipping to Canada and Mexico, please reach out to hello@oxters.co

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. After that, shipping can take ~5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. Orders placed after 2pm ET will be processed the next business day. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification via email with a tracking number. Please note, selecting express/expedited shipping will not decrease an order's processing time.

Can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

What if my order says “Delivered”, but I didn’t receive it?

Occasionally, products may track as “delivered” before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 48 hours. If it hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out to us at hello@oxters.co

Where can I find Oxters Products?

Oxters is currently available online, on our website, Amazon storefront, and at independent retailers.

What’s your return policy?

You are welcome to return unopened items to us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full product refund. However, if you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for shipping costs as well as a return processing fee. We do not allow returns on opened items.
